Payment Processing and Refund Agreement

This Rose Revenue LLC Payment Processing and Refund Agreement and its Annexes A, B, and C (“DPA”) is between Rose Revenue LLC Inc. (“Rose Revenue LLC”) and the party executing this agreement as Customer (“Customer”).

Thank you for choosing Rose Revenue LLC. This Payment and Refund Policy governs the use of our services and explains the payment terms and refund process.

Payment

We use Stripe as our payment gateway, which allows you to securely make payments using various methods, including credit/debit cards and online wallets. By making a payment through our platform, you agree to abide by Stripe's terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policies

Please Note for Any Cancellation of Service You Either are required to Let Billing Team Know 30 Days Notice So we Can Disconnect anything we need to Disconnect. this includes releasing your phone number and removal of your domain from our platform. You are Welcome anytime to login on your own in our portal or your invoice and manually do it yourself however keep in mind the system will automatically remove your access to the account and the number is relseased from our platform

Refund Policies

If you are not satisfied with our services , you may request a refund within 7 days of the payment date. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at billing@roserevenue.com. Not Based on Our Terms of Service their is No Refund of Software Subscriptions. Please include the following details in your refund request:

Your Full Name.
Email address used for the payment.
Date of the payment.
Reason for the refund.

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and process the refund if it meets our refund policy criteria. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
