Payment Processing and Refund Agreement

Notice

A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required prior to your next billing date.


Limited Access Mode

When a cancellation request is received, your account will move into Limited Access Mode for 30 days. During this period:

Public-facing sites and pages remain live until disconnected.

Your sites and scripts stay active for 30 days, allowing you to copy content directly from your live site.

You will continue to have access to your data (contacts, tags, notes, conversations, invoices, and payment history).

To complete cancellation, you must reply by SMS with “Confirm Release.”

Emails and integrations remain your responsibility, and any charges incurred are yours until confirmation is received.

Once confirmation is received, Rose will release your domains, phone numbers, and email addresses for disconnection.

⚠️ Please note: These steps are not processed in a set order. Our team handles each as resources allow—your prompt confirmation is important.

You are also responsible for:

Removing your payment card from the platform (Rose cannot do this for you).

Maintaining backups of all media, as media does not transfer.

Understanding that while you may opt-in to receive automation outputs, Rose’s proprietary frameworks do not transfer.

Release & Disconnect

If Rose does not receive confirmation by SMS with “Confirm Release,” your phone numbers, domains, and email addresses will automatically be released to the server 3 days before your next billing cycle to avoid carrier costs.

Payment

We use Stripe as our payment gateway, which allows you to securely make payments using various methods, including credit/debit cards and online wallets. By making a payment through our platform, you agree to abide by Stripe's terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policies

Please Note for Any Cancellation of Service You Either are required to Let Billing Team Know 30 Days Notice So we Can Disconnect anything we need to Disconnect. this includes releasing your phone number and removal of your domain from our platform. You are Welcome anytime to login on your own in our portal or your invoice and manually do it yourself however keep in mind the system will automatically remove your access to the account and the number is released from our platform.

Refund Policies

If you are not satisfied with our services , you may request a refund within 7 days of the payment date. NO refund of Unused Messaging credit or e-wallet charges non-refundable

  • Your Full Name.

  • Email address used for the payment.

  • Date of the payment.

  • Reason for the refund.

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and process the refund if it meets our refund policy criteria. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
